Victoria Pearce

Victoria is the Director of Endangered Heritage Pty ltd, a fine art and artefact conservation laboratory in Canberra, providing conservation services for the industry and allied businesses. Including in Archaeology, build heritage, textiles objects paintings and collection needs assessments. As the only one a few occupational hygienists in the sector, she focuses on hazards in collections, identification, remediation and analysis. Victoria is a professional member of AICCM, CENVP (environment and heritage). Victoria has been an international member with ICOOS-ICORP and is aware of the increasing risks to heritage due to climate change and the incredible loss this amounts to our invaluable human diversity.

Victoria is passionate about elevating Australia’s capacity for cultural diplomacy, teaching and training in Australia and the region. Victoria believes conservation shouldn’t be available to wealthy states and city institutions only, so she runs a membership program Conservator on Retainer for varying sector niche areas.
