PLEASE NOTE: If you have made a membership renewal payment by EFT within the last few days, it is unlikely that this payment has been fully processed. Renewal notices are sent automatically through the online database, and may not take into account any recent payments by EFT. Please avoid making duplicate payments, in order to reduce the need for your second payment to be reimbursed to you.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE: In accordance with Australia ICOMOS’ membership policy, changes in membership category require a formal request to Australia ICOMOS as different criteria and application requirements may apply. Please contact the Secretariat via email BEFORE YOU RENEW if you wish to make such a request.

By renewing your membership, you are agreeing to practice in accordance with the Australia ICOMOS Burra Charter and to comply with the Ethical Commitment Statement for ICOMOS members. Your membership can be renewed in two ways:

1. Via the secure payment system that is accessible through the Members’ only section of the website, using either your Paypal account or your credit card (Mastercard or VISA)
2. Manually, by making and reporting an EFT payment, or by using the renewal slip below and providing your credit card details or paying by cheque/money order

Renewing through the Members’ only section of the website

Your login details to access the Members’ section of the website are:

• Username tip: the first one or two characters of your username are lower case letters – in most cases these will be your initials in reverse – which are then followed by a set of numbers

Please go to the Members’ section of the website at https://australia.icomos.org/members/, enter your username and password, then click on the Renew Membership link to start the online renewal process.

Please also review your details by clicking on the Edit Profile link, and update/correct any details as necessary. Make sure you click the Save Profile button to ensure your updated/corrected details are recorded.

Manual renewal/Renewal Slip

If you do not wish to use the online payment system to renew, you can notify that you have made a payment via EFT, or use the renewal slip below to provide your credit card details ort pay by cheque/money order.

1. Making an EFT payment:
   • Note the amount due – outlined earlier in this email
   • Make payment to the following account: a/c name: Australia ICOMOS  BSB: 062 910 (CBA) a/c no: 1001 7757
   • Once payment has been made, please notify the Secretariat via email. Remember to add your name, your membership ID number (see above), the amount paid and the payment date to the email
2. Paying by credit card/cheque/money order using the renewal slip: Print this entire email, complete the renewal slip below and post to the address at the bottom of this email.

Reviewing and updating your details

Regardless of how you choose to renew your membership, please ensure that you also review and update your details as necessary by going to the Members’ section of the website at https://australia.icomos.org/members/, entering your username and password (supplied above) and clicking on the Edit Profile link. Make sure you click the Save Profile button to ensure your updated/corrected details are recorded.
